The president and CEO of Envision Greater Fond du Lac says there is a lot of wait and see as businesses continue to reopen. Sadie Parafiniuk says a lot of businesses are still trying to bring their staff back, trying to figure out issues like child care, or whether to continue working remotely. Parafiniuk says other businesses are wondering about how to plan if there is a second wave of the virus in the fall, or if school returns to the classroom, or if it’s online instruction. “A lot of businesses are still trying to bring their staff back,” Parafiniuk told WFDL news. “…having them figure out between child care, larger businesses are still allowing their employees to work remote for the foreseeable future.”
