A Waupun boy is in custody on prostitution charges. Police responded to a complaint in the 100 block of South Forest St. for a juvenile who was allegedly offering money to other kids in exchange for sexual favors. Police investigated and took a 16 year old Waupun boy into custody. He faces charges of Child Enticement, Solicitation of a Child For Prostitution, and Exposing a child to harmful materials. The boy was transported to the Fond du Lac County Secure Detention Facility.
