Fond du Lac police are investigating a disturbing and bizarre child sex assault case. Three Fond du Lac residents are accused of sexually assaulting a six year old girl. Tory Tuinstra and Shane Berg are charged with repeated sexual assault of a child and Ellen Neumann is charged with party to the crime of child sex assault. Assistant police chief Steve Thiry says the assaults allegedly occurred at a Ruggles Street residence. According to a criminal complaint Tuinstra described the lifestyle in the house as dominance/submissive. Tuinstra told investigators that Berg is the dominant one and goes by the name “Master Wolf.” According to the complaint everyone in the house wore dog collars, including the six year old victim who wore a purple collar. Neumann is accused of making the child watch three adults have sex, according to the complaint. “Overall instances like this and the circumstances that surround the crimes that took place there shock the senses,” Thiry told WFDL news. “Anytime you have a victim that’s a child I think it pulls at most human beings’ heartstrings.” Tuinstra, Berg and Neumann made their initial Fond du Lac court appearances this week and bail for each was set at $250,000 cash.
