MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Governor Scott Walker says he plans to pay off his presidential campaign debt by the end of the year. The governor told reporters following a speech to the Wisconsin Counties Association at a Madison hotel on Wednesday that he believes his campaign has paid down a third of its total debt so far.
